karkiya may require you to complete an identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") at any time. This process may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. karkiya reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.
Any attempt to register using false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including the use of another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

All bets placed on the karkiya Platform are subject to acceptance by karkiya. karkiya reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, system error, or breach of these Terms. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number confirming its acceptance.
Odds displayed on karkiya are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. The odds that apply to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet is accepted, not the odds displayed at any subsequent time. karkiya offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, as well as political betting markets.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or with terms that are materially incorrect due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure, karkiya reserves the right to void that bet and to return the stake to the player's karkiya wallet. karkiya will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.
Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as declared by the sport's governing body or a recognised official source. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, karkiya's decision, made in good faith and based on available evidence, shall be final.
If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, karkiya will settle affected bets in accordance with its published rules for the relevant sport. In general, stakes on void markets are returned to the player's karkiya wallet. Specific rules for cricket, including the treatment of rain-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis method results, are published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

Upon suspension, your access to the karkiya Platform will be restricted. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the karkiya Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the karkiya Platform without the prior written consent of karkiya.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. karkiya accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions, including payment gateway outages affecting bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other payment partners.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable mandatory local law in Bangladesh, the mandatory local law shall prevail to the extent of that conflict, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
karkiya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed change is material — that is, where it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — karkiya will provide at least 7 days' advance notice of the change via a notice posted on the karkiya Platform or by email to your registered address, or both.
Your continued use of the karkiya Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3 of these Terms.
